6 mo

Today marks 6 fabulous months of Ali and Perris Kusilek-ness. (That's 183 days, if i am not mistaken. Thank you very much.) It's kind of exciting. You know, my whole life I've been a change-lover...moving, new places, new people, new jobs, new schools. This is all quite a landmark as I have now had the same job for 1.5 years, lived in provo accumulatively for about 4.5 years, and now I've had the same man for over a year (not that I'm EVER going to changing the latter of course! It's just all new!)...I think I'm growing up. And by growing up, I mean learning. I don't ever want to grow up in the sense of losing imagination, silly laughter, and playfulness in any situation.
We went to "A Christmas Carol" last night. I took my girls from work (my intern, Amy, and I made dinner for them at their house first), and P met us at the play. It was a musical, and I've never seen that show as a musical. I loved it! I wore Maddy's red cowgirl boots, too ;)That little play house is sooooo tiny, but it's neat to be up close and personal with the action.
My hair is growing fast, and I want you to please note the volume I got yesterday. Yes, I love volume in the hair.
Woke up to a winter wonderland this morning! The (seriously) one day I do not park under our covered parking spot, it snows like 4 inches. Oh well, it's beautiful.

Per and I are doing a 25 days of Christmas this year where each day we focus on a different attribute of Jesus Christ. We have a little display on our front door where we put them up. Today is knowledge.
I am grateful for my knowledge of the Savior. That He lives, and that He is willing to make known the "wonders of eternity", reveal all mysteries, and make known "those things which eye has not seen, nor ear heard".(Doc&Cov 76:5-10) These are truly awesome promises, ones that one day I'll fully comprehend.
But for now, I know He is always aware and waiting to bless us.
And that is wonderful knowledge to have.
